Atomics is a seed-round biotech startup. I was employee #3 and the sole engineer for the duration of my full-time internship. I led prototyping and hardware development for the company.
My work was focused on dispensing and detecting dyes with micron-level position and picoliter-level volumetric accuracy, developing spectroscopic IR detection systems, and designing and building prototype devices.
